Our HOA By-Laws and Restrictive agreement are legal documents that outline the rules and restrictions governing the Poplar Creek neighborhood and community. Please make yourself familiar with them as they cover a wide range of topics, such as architectural guidelines, property maintenance, and more.

Landscape Request
A friendly reminder that pursuant to our HOA covenants and restrictive agreement all Architectural and Landscape Projects must be submitted to the architecture/landscaping committee. Your neighbors on the architecture / landscape committee work hard to turn around applications in a timely manner. We do ask for at least one week and usually turn around projects even faster. The one exception is new construction, which will take longer.

Pay your ANNUAL HOA DUES
The $450 annual dues are payable in November, with an interest-free grace period through December 31st of each year. Visit https://app.autobooks.co/pay/poplar-creek-homeown to pay online through First Bank/autobooks.
